About myThalamus

We believe that growing older should mean growing wiser — not losing the independence you've spent a lifetime building. myThalamus exists to help adults over 60 keep their minds sharp, their keys in hand, and their futures in their own control.

Our Mission

"Train Your Brain. Keep Your Keys. Own Your Future."

Every day, millions of older adults worry about the moment someone tells them they can't drive anymore. That moment represents more than transportation — it's about independence, dignity, and the freedom to live life on your own terms. We're building the tools to help push that moment as far into the future as possible, using the best available science.

What We Stand For

Science First

Every feature on this platform is inspired by published, peer-reviewed research. We cite our sources, acknowledge limitations, and never make claims the science doesn't support.

Dignity Always

We design for adults, not patients. Our tone is warm, respectful, and empowering. We never use fear tactics or talk down to our community.

Family Included

Cognitive health doesn't happen in isolation. Our Family Dashboard lets adult children stay connected and supportive without being intrusive.

Honest Marketing

We don't promise miracles. We share what the research shows, explain what our products do, and let you make informed decisions about your own health.

Our Background

myThalamus was founded by Bobby Sangha, drawing on years of experience in the care industry. After seeing firsthand how cognitive decline affects families — not just the individual, but everyone around them — Bobby set out to build something proactive rather than reactive.

The platform is named after the thalamus — the brain's central relay station that connects sensory input to conscious awareness. It's the hub through which all signals pass, and it's a fitting metaphor for what we're building: a central hub for cognitive wellness.

We synthesize findings from institutions like MIT, NIH, and leading universities into accessible, practical tools that anyone can use. Our approach combines audio-based neural stimulation, evidence-informed brain training, and daily habit tracking into a simple daily practice.
